Off Shoulder Seersucker Blouse – Wrist Ties / Striped

This is a beautiful, yet unusually-designed off shoulder seersucker blouse with wrist ties. It provides a crisp, cool and precise fit. The neckline has a 2″ band that is elasticized at the arms. The sleeves are long and relatively full with large, decorative wrist ties that dangle and provide visual interest. This blouse is constructed from a premium quality cotton seersucker with vertically placed narrow gray and white stripes. The length of the blouse is plenty ample to remain securely tucked in, if desired, but can also be successfully worn on the outside of the pants or skirts chosen to wear with it. The hemline ends at the lower hip area. This blouse does not have buttons or zippers, but slips on and off easily over the head.
